CELESTE GILMAN, DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR  REGINAL TRANSIT COORDINATION OF WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION GAVE CONFERENCE ON SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORT AND CLIMATE CHANGE AT ANKARA UNIVERSITY

Celeste GILMAN, submitted a presentation and gave a lecture  on Sustainable Transportation and Climate Change  at The  University of Ankara and  in The  Faculty of Architecture at METU. Gilman talked about transportation problems and shared her  ideas with the students to develop sustainable solutions to urban transportation problems in order to reduce emissions related to the transportation and eliminate the negative effects of transportation on quality of life. She offered her valouble experinces conserning how to achive  healthy, reliable and environmentally friendly transportation systems .
